Privacy Policy

MetaReply ("we", "us") is a service operated by Mukh.one that helps businesses automate replies to comments and direct messages on their own connected Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account credentials you provide: access tokens and account identifiers for the Meta (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) accounts you choose to connect. These are stored encrypted at rest and used only to send replies on your behalf.
• Message and comment data: the content of incoming comments and messages delivered to your connected accounts via Meta webhooks, so the service can generate and send replies. We retain only a small, recent window of events for you to review.
• Account data: your MetaReply login email and workspace settings.

How we use it

• To receive webhook events from Meta and send automated or AI-assisted replies from your connected accounts.
• To let you configure automation rules and knowledge bases that shape replies.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' message content for advertising.

Data sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, database, and the AI/LLM provider you configure for replies), and with Meta's APIs to deliver your replies. We disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & deletion

Connected tokens and settings are kept until you disconnect an app or delete your account. Recent event history is limited and rolls over automatically. To delete your data, remove the connected app in the dashboard or contact us at the email below and we will delete your associated data.

Security

Access tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted.
